Marnie Philips

Marnie is the newest member to join team DeSantis. She began her Real Estate career in 2000 after spending 17+ years in the high tech industry doing a variety of sales, marketing, and research for Fortune 500 companies. She is a second generation REALTOR—her mother Gail Phillips GRI, CRS, has been actively selling Real Estate in the southern NH region for over 30 years. Both of her sisters are also in Real Estate sales and marketing focusing on new construction.

Marnie is a multimillion dollar producer who has consistently achieved corporate honors and recognition for sales and productivity since her affiliation with RE/MAX.

She specializes in the following areas:

  • First time Homeowners—helping navigate the complexities of buying a first home--a focus that brings her the most joy and feeling of accomplishment
  • Families looking to "Upsize"--helping accommodate the needs of growing families—another enjoyable focus.
  • Active Adults/Seniors Downsizing--helping folks make the transition to downsize their family homes and move on to a more simple way of life (condos, 55+ communities, assisted living,etc)

Marnie is a Member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the Greater Manchester-Nashua Board of Realtors. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation held by only the top 5% of Realtors nationwide, as well as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). She also holds a Senior Residential Specialist (SRES) designation, which focuses on the emotional, economic, and physical transitions seniors face as they decide to sell their family homes and downsize and/or transition to assisted living facilities.

Fun facts about Marnie:

  • Was once an intern in Washington DC for Senator Warren Rudman
  • Is a twin—her fraternal sister is Realtor, Laura Roussel
  • Is a native of Connecticut and has lived in Glastonbury and Rowayton.
  • Has been a resident of Nashua since 1976
  • Has a 19 lb. (fat cat) she adopted from the Humanes Society named Snickers
  • Is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of New Hampshire majoring in Political Science (gotta love Liberal Arts degrees!)

Marnie specializes in condominium and residential homes sales in Southern NH including Nashua and Merrimack (primary focuses), Hudson, Milford, Amherst, Pelham, Bedford, and Greater Manchester. She welcomes your phone calls and e-mails and is ready to be of assistance!
